“Good value for money”
I stayed at a charming countryside hotel that offered a perfect blend of tranquility and accessibility. The hotel's location was ideal, surrounded by nature's beauty, but unfortunately, the rooms had a lingering odor that was quite unpleasant. Despite this, the serene ambiance and picturesque views made up for the minor inconvenience.
My family and I had a fantastic time at this hotel, with the kids absolutely thriving in the fantastic game room that offered a wide variety of fun activities to keep them entertained. The check-in process was incredibly smooth and hassle-free, allowing us to quickly settle in and start our vacation. However, I did notice that the hotel's housekeeping could be improved, as our room wasn't thoroughly cleaned and stocked with essentials during our stay.
“Terrible place”
I had a terrible experience at this hotel - there was no one available to help us when we needed assistance. The heat was low, I didn't have TV instructions, and the electric heater wasn't working. When I called for help, I spoke to a new employee who admitted he didn't know what to do. To make matters worse, we almost froze while waiting for someone to respond to our requests for help.
I was pleased to find that the lodge was extremely clean, convenient, and reasonably priced. However, I did notice a few things that could be improved. The check-in process was contactless, which meant I didn't interact with any staff. Additionally, a hairdryer in the bathroom would have been a nice amenity.
“It was very clean and surprisingly quiet. Just wish there would have been more lighting and coffee”
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the one hand, I appreciated the no-frills approach, but I was surprised that breakfast wasn't offered, and to make matters worse, the coffee supply in my room was woefully inadequate - there wasn't even enough for one cup per day during my two-day stay. The lighting in the room also left much to be desired, which was a drawback. Overall, it was a decent but not exceptional stay.
