I really want this place to thrive because it’s so close to the airport for early or late flights. Everything was organized over the phone, but there was no USB charging point for my phone. Since many countries use different plugs, I had to go to a restaurant to charge my phone after a day of traveling. A pedestrian subway nearby connects the village—good for guests to know—and a lovely couple closed up in the industrial estate. There are no real shops, so bring what you need. Still, a charming local restaurant is worth finding, even though the subway is hard to spot. My room was fairly quiet despite being next to the runway. As mentioned, the lack of a USB charger and the difficulty locating the subway after trying an unsafe road were a bit unnerving, especially walking through the car park and industrial estate between the runway and motorway, but it still served its purpose well.
