The front desk staff were professional and helpful, even though after 20:30 nobody was left on duty; the manager’s instructions to reception were confusing, leading to the wrong room option, and the cleanliness was poor with cobwebs and dust, the hotel and lobby felt deserted, the reception closed at 20:30 leaving us alone with a guard who, despite his commendable effort, couldn’t communicate, making the atmosphere unsettling.

The hotel room was nice, but I'm pretty sure I got bitten by bed bugs. It was a bit of a bummer, but the staff seemed friendly and the room was clean otherwise.

“Very modern but could do with more facilities for guests such as restaurant and activities”

The rooms here are super modern and spacious, which is great, but the location is a bit of a problem if you don't have a car. There's no restaurant or breakfast available, so you're pretty much stuck with eating out or ordering in.

“Nice place”

The pool area is really nice, but my room was a bit of a letdown. It was right on the pool deck, but all I had was a window - no direct access. It would be easy to fix with a sliding door.

The hotel's okay, but it's not exactly a great option. There are a lot of things that need fixing, and the location isn't great either. It's not the worst place I've ever stayed, but it's not the best either.
