A fantastic week overall, with superb buffet food, a wonderful beach restaurant and bar, friendly staff, a wide range of sports, a well‑maintained resort, and clean, simple family rooms. The program varied nicely and the Robinson crew were very kind and accommodating. The sailing school right next door was excellent!

The food was good. The problem was the cockroaches and the way the director or manager treated us.

The service at this hotel has completely deteriorated; three years ago it was great, but this time I hated my stay. The staff were unfriendly, the food was mediocre, and the room was in terrible condition—uncomfortable bedding, a non‑working shower, and dust and dirt under the bed. It was a very negative experience. The only bright spot was the Tunisian employee who looks after the beach; he was lovely and very helpful.

We had a fantastic stay. The hotel was spotlessly clean and well organized, which made the experience even better. The food was excellent, with a great variety and quality throughout our stay. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Their hospitality truly made a difference. We would love to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.
