The safe spot near the embassy and the cable car station, the house, the room, and the beautiful gardens were all excellent. Breakfast was superb, and Mr Ernesto was friendly and went out of his way to help us with our plans and even loaned us cable car cards. Nothing else comes to mind.

Ernesto was incredibly helpful, always ready with advice and assistance for planned trips, temporary luggage storage, or laundry.
