The front desk was always open, and the staff were always there to help. The room and bathroom were a bit cramped.

The location was spot on and the parking was super convenient. The bathroom area was very limited: the toilets were extremely tight (even for people of normal build); the shower and sink were in the hallway instead of a separate, closed bathroom (though you could close the door between the hallway and the actual bedroom). The breakfast was basic.
