I liked the room’s facilities—storage, fridge, coffee machine, air‑conditioning—and the tram stop and bus station were within five minutes. What bothered me was the road with tram tracks outside the windows, so the noise prevented me from opening the window. The shower in the bathroom was poorly designed, spraying water all the way to the toilet. We had four towels, but one was torn and another was dirty. The pillowcase was soiled, with a stubborn stain that couldn’t be removed. Early in the morning, the cleaning lady was loud and chatting outside the door, yet she never emptied the trash for four nights.

Things were pretty standard—room order and equipment were intact. However, I slept on the ground floor right next to the main road for the first time, and I definitely don’t recommend it. The windows are right on the sidewalk where people walk by, and the noise is so intense you feel like they’re in the room. Constant traffic is annoying, but the biggest disturbance came from the trams, with huge rumbling and occasional jolts. I could only sleep around 23:00–4:00 when the trams stopped. It was honestly the worst night I’ve ever had at a hotel. I’ve stayed here several times before, and each time I had issues with their check‑in/check‑out system. Something always failed, I couldn’t load it, and I had to call reception. Currently I couldn’t log into the system, so I had to call again. The receptionist told me I’d missed entering my birth date during online check‑in, which is absurd because it’s mandatory and shouldn’t prevent me from checking in. After I swiped my room card, the room number didn’t appear and I could’t log into the system again, so I called reception once more. During checkout, the keypad wouldn’t show up for a while, so I couldn’t enter my credentials, and I called reception again.
