The place is convenient, just a 10‑15 minute walk to Kokusai Dori Shopping Street (though it can feel long when the weather is hot and humid). The bed was clean and comfortable. They offered Calpis on tap in the lobby, which was pretty cool. The breakfast buffet had a good variety, but you have to pay a fee to use the pool.

The location was somewhat decent, but the 11th floor smelled like armpits, elevators were slow and broke down, the buffet was poor, and I had to check out early because of a flight change, so I would discount the night I didn’t stay.
