The place is a real gem, but the front desk left a bad taste. The middle‑aged lady at reception was incredibly rude, and the website listed amenities that simply weren’t there. The food was a disaster too.

We’ve stayed here over ten times, so that says it all. The owners and staff are always welcoming. Everything else is fine.

Clean rooms, nice staff, good food, and the skis were safely stored in the basement locker. Nothing else to add.
