The Venezuelan concierge staff were terrible, especially the lady who told me I had to leave the hostel on Friday because there was no bed left for me. Their overall service and attention were awful, and the staff’s attitude was discourteous.

I hated it—I even preferred sleeping in a luggage cart in my storage room. The service, cleanliness, and the fact that they asked for extra payment in metal were all unacceptable.
