The spot was spot on—easy to get around. But the room felt a bit dirty for what we paid; the floors were grimy, no sweeping had happened, and there was an empty water bottle tucked under the couch.

I loved staying on the top floor with amazing views, beautiful weather, and a hot tub that felt refreshing against the crisp air. Thanks to God for making it so great. There was a lot happening around, like mountain bike events and an Mt Everest run. They might not serve continental breakfast, but that’s fine because a perfect spot is just a few steps from our room, or we can bring our own food.

Everything was spotless and had exactly what we needed without feeling fancy. The front desk staff were the best. On weekend mornings, someone vacuumed outside our door before 8 am, which was noisy; it would have been better if that started after 8 am.

It was lovely! The condominium exceeded our expectations. Comfortable, quiet and in the best location. It also felt very secure and safe. After checking out and arriving at our next destination, I realized that I left an item behind in the condominium. This morning, I called and spoke with Robin at Zephyr Mountain Lodge, who contacted housekeeping. They found the item I left behind! It should be returned to me in the next few days. I am so very thankful for the staffs’ efforts in finding my bag!. Some difficulty in entering and leaving the garage

The location was perfect for our stay in Winter Park. It was nice to be able to walk out of the front door and walk directly over the village amenities. The bathroom sink didn't drain well. Black sludge came up when we tried to use the plunger to clear the stoppage. Everything else was excellent
