The building is very beautiful, the rooms are spacious, and the overall quietness and central location are great. The breakfast is hearty and varied, and parking is taken care of.

The conversion of the old building into a hotel was really nice. Something smelled faintly in the bathroom, but it wasn’t serious. Overall, it was very clean. The parking is a 5‑minute walk, which is expected for an old town.

Cleanliness and layout were good. No complaints. The staff were excellent and the building is an elegant historic palace. We knew the room was small, and the bathroom was small too, so the price could have been lower.

The hotel’s location was fantastic, the room was gorgeous, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also delicious.

The hotel’s location is perfect for walking around Ravenna. The reception and breakfast staff were very friendly, the breakfast food was excellent, and the rooms were clean.
