“Ótima experiência.”

Everything was excellent during my 4‑day stay. The meals were varied. It was a shame I forgot to book the a‑la‑carte dinner, so I missed that experience. I needed more days to enjoy the resort; for a full experience, especially with kids, at least 5 nights are ideal because I didn’t get to use the spa. What I did enjoy, I maximized. The structure feels a bit old, but improvements are underway. I didn’t like the room lighting—only yellow light made it very dark at night; at least one lamp should be white, except for a bathroom lamp next to the mirror.

One of Vila Galé Cabo’s strengths is its staff, starting with Mr. Henrique who handled the initial guest check‑in with great courtesy and knowledge. Breakfast was very good, and the buffet improved from 2025 to 2026. We received three invitations to themed restaurants; the dishes and drinks were excellent and plentiful. The pool bar offered beers, draft, quality wines, sparkling wines, and well‑chilled drinks with abundant fruit. The beach had calm, warm water with no waves. Common areas—jungle with hammocks, outdoor restrooms, pool area, beach chairs—were always clean, as was our apartment (354). All apartment functions worked perfectly: A/C, TV, plumbing, and cleaning. Every staff member we asked for information from was helpful and courteous. Vila Galé fully manages the resort, and renovations are underway, such as the beach bar and apartment refurbishments in one block. The only downside is that the beach bar snacks could be better.

Staff were very helpful, and the variety of food and drinks was great. The only issue was that dinner reservations at restaurants should be made at check‑in; this part feels disorganized and many people can’t secure a reservation.

“Fuimos en familia y con amigos, pasamos exelente”

The facilities overall were great; we just happened to stay during a renovation period, but the work didn't interfere at all and we could enjoy everything without any issues. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and comfortable. I especially want to point out the friendliness and willingness of all the staff: we had a health incident during our stay and they handled it wonderfully, fixing everything instantly and giving us a lot of peace of mind. The animators were also very attentive to the kids and offered a variety of activities for adults. The food was fresh, very well presented, and had options for every taste.

“Maravilhosa”

The location is very pleasant, rooms are comfortable and spacious. The only drawback was that the Wi‑fi is blocked for the room TV.
