The location on the slopes and the view from the spa and rooms were nice, but the food could be better, more help with luggage and equipment would help, and after 4:30 you’re stuck on the mountain and can’t reach the village at all; more activities at the hotel would be appreciated.

The staff were pleasant, the food was good, and the view from the window was nice, but the music was loud; several organizers played music at the same time, disrespecting those who were trying to relax.

The hotel is on the slope, offers a beautiful view, and has a nice spa, but personally the mattress was not up to par.

Incredible location with panoramaview over the Dolomits and literally ski-in & ski-out without having to stand in line for the gondol in the morning. Good food with traditional meals every day. But have in mind, that dinner is first served at 19.30 Nice staff, who was friendly and polite. No WiFi in the rooms. A little more information. For example their were Aufguss almost everyone - both 17.20 and 18.20, but we only found out by accident
