The reception was very professional and friendly, but the cleaning staff were loud, yelling and moving furniture in the morning without considering guests who were still sleeping.

We had stayed at the hotel before and it worked as a decent place to rest after a long drive, yet the restaurant was fully booked for dinner because the Paris/Tours cycling race was about to start and the hotel was full of cycling teams; we were offered room service but turned it down because the room facilities weren’t suitable for eating, and finding another restaurant was difficult since we didn’t want to drive and the area isn’t walkable.

The location, comfortable beds and good breakfast were great, but the restaurant was closed and the lobby was overly perfumed.
