beds only. 3 time we change our room. our room in one bed and i reserve 2 bed i show the hotel and change me to other roon bad smell, so we go to other room and charge me $10 dlls . for this bad service never go back to this places

The location was great and the rooms were clean, but the pool looked dirty and the restrooms ran out of body wash and lotion. The water took a while to heat up, which was fine, but the real issue was the front‑desk staff: when I tried to discuss a payment concern at checkout, the clerk was unhelpful and rude, speaking on a speakerphone in a foreign language while I waited, then casually announced a refund. I was upset by his attitude and the way he and the other staff laughed at me. On the bright side, the lady who checked me in was exceptionally friendly, especially for a first‑time employee.

The pool area was very nice, and my room and the neighboring rooms were quiet.
