The rooms were spacious and the location was very nice. Unfortunately the receptionist didn’t speak English and wasn’t very helpful; we tried everything to solve an important issue, but without local help we would never have managed. It’s not as welcoming as the photos suggest. I do have to point out that the rest of the staff were kind, very present, and ready to help.

The staff were very helpful to customers. It’s best to change the floor because the burnt pieces could poke someone’s feet, especially with little kids running around.

The interior was clean, beautiful, and well maintained. You could hear traffic from the room.

It’s a beautiful, gorgeous hotel with lovely little touches everywhere. The staff provide impeccable and friendly service; if they can’t fully understand your request, they will go above and beyond to help you.
