The value for money was fair, and the staff were always polite and helpful. The spa was not accessible, which disappointed me a lot. Some guys made a lot of noise until 2 am, and the staff were not on site to tell the guests to keep it down during the late night. I had to come down myself to ask them politely to stop the noise at 2 am, which was unacceptable. Other than that, everything was very nice.

The room was basic but fine, and the bathroom was roomy; everything was clean. The pool was too cold to use, which was a shame because it looked beautiful. We played pool, but the table was really worn. When we arrived we spent about 15 minutes wandering before finding the lady to let us in, and nobody answered the phone. We had booked this place specifically for the restaurant because we didn’t want to drive, but we were told it was closed, which was very annoying. The surrounding area wasn’t particularly nice. There was a buffet breakfast, but it was disappointing that there were no produce items from the agriturismo on offer. We had trouble checking out because no one was around; it turned out you need to pay at the shop next door. We wouldn’t rush back.

The location is convenient, quiet, and the parking is available; breakfast offers many good pastries (a point down for not being able to “self‑serve” freely, but understandable to avoid “bingeing”); the agriturismo has a small supermarket (useful for essentials); the value for money is excellent. Cleanliness was not impeccable. In particular, a pillow on one bed had hair and didn’t look clean at all. I was alone and slept in the other bed (which was perfectly clean). It gave me the impression of “half‑cleaning.”

We had a lovely stay and used the pool, paying only for the loungers and a drink that turned into lunch; good job. The breakfast was good but not excellent, and the staff were overly zealous, probably to avoid theft.
