The welcome was very friendly, just like always in Japan. I didn’t get why Booking called it “Fabuleux.” 36000 yen for a tiny room where we barely fit our luggage, with many bedbugs, and the neighbor’s dog barked all night. 36000 yen only gives you coffee and tea! If dinner and breakfast were included, it could be “good.” I paid the same price at Nikko for a big new room with a kitchen and bathroom, super well equipped… I think Nikko is at least as sought after as Hibara, right? Bottom line: at 16 000 yen I can recommend it, at 36000 yen you should skip it.
