The spot was convenient. The apartment and the room were large and bright. The private outdoor bathroom was not actually marked as outdoor. The shower door was broken. The toiletries were insufficient. The bathroom hygiene was poor, especially the toilet. The payment methods for the tourist tax were not communicated before or during the stay.
