Overall, the experience was good and the staff were great. The cookies were amazing, and I wish I could have had some now. The hallways and the conference room lobby where meals and vendors were set up were very hot, and the room‑floor hallways were uncomfortably sweltering. I am very susceptible to heat‑related illness, so I felt ill in the hot interior areas.

The rooms were spacious and clean, and every staff member was nice and helpful. The hotel sits in a great spot, right across from the shopping mall, bowling alley, and escape room.
