“Pathetic, it is like staying in a Sarai”

Clean bathrooms. Stayed in Room No 204 & 205 1. Rooms were not as shown on website. 2. Room cleanliness, especially linen was not good. 3. NO curtains in the rooms. 4. Door latch of Room No 205 broken. Room could not be locked. 5. NO TV in rooms. 6. Shabby looking individual at Reception as if he is working in a coal mine. 7. NO power back up. Twice there was electricity cut and we were left sweating. 8. No facility of provision of food or beverages. One needs to order online through zomato or swiggy. 9. NO DRINKING WATER is provided. When we asked for drinking water, two bottles were provided on payment.so much for ATITHI DEVO BHAVA! 10. There is a swimming pool whose water was changed a month ago and it's water is green with algae

The staff here are genuinely friendly and welcoming, which makes a big difference when you're feeling tired from a long journey. The rooms are a bit small, but they're clean and comfortable, and the location is great for exploring the city. There's a bit of noise from the street at night, but it's not too bad. Overall, I'd definitely stay here again.
