“Pathetic, rude , indifferent and entitled staff”

On two days I asked for coffee and creamer and both the days they never arrived.on second Instance, I called again to check status, and the front desk rudely said they will get it when they are done with their duty.still it never came. I asked to give a wake up call in the morning,which came after one hour when I was ready to leave. Lastly on one day I requested for refrigerator for room, and the duty staff rudely said " we are not obligated to give you that. If we have it, when we have it we will send. " I really think the staff needs some basic training in talking politely. They just didn't give a damn. Great property, great location and great staff. Given a complimentary cookie on arrival which was great. Decently sized space for a hotel room in NYC. Just wish there was a mini fridge of some sort in the room
