“Cuidado: manipulación de precios y pésima atención”
The rooms were large and clean. We saw an economy rate listed on Booking and wanted to ask about it at the desk. The first receptionist—a senior gentleman with a mustache who works morning and evening shifts—told us that the price didn’t exist, and while pretending not to understand, he removed the offer from the app right in front of us. When we complained about his dishonesty, he interrupted us, completely ignored us, and left us alone to go eat. On top of that, there was no machine to accept credit cards that weren’t Indian, which made everything even harder. Luckily, the next shift’s staff listened empathetically and agreed to a compromise, charging us a bit less, but the first gentleman’s bad faith and dishonesty ruined the whole experience. I won’t return or recommend it.
