No breakfast offered, but the spot for personal activities is excellent. The new building has minor organizational flaws that can affect comfort: no power outlets for phone charging, so you must unplug bedside lamps and go dark at night; no hooks or bars in the bathroom for towels; the sheets were dirty and stained. I hope they improve.

The spot worked for me, within walking distance of a grocery store and restaurants, and the mini fridge in the room was handy. The address on the booking site was wrong, but a cousin in a nearby town helped me locate it after calling the manager. I never saw a kitchen area like the photos showed. Hot water in the shower kept switching between hot and cold every few minutes. The toilet had no seat, so you sat directly on the porcelain bowl. There were no towel hooks or bars in the bathroom except a towel warmer, which was not near the sink, shower, or bidet.
