The hotel's central location is a major plus – you're right in the heart of town with plenty of food options nearby. But my room was a bit of a letdown, as it had no windows, and there's no dedicated parking for guests. Still, it's a decent option if you're looking for a convenient place to stay.

The hotel had its perks, like the fact that they had Netflix, which made it super easy to unwind after a long day. However, there were a few things that didn't quite add up. For one, there was no hook or rack to hang my clothes, which was a bit of a pain. And to make matters worse, finding a parking spot was a real challenge – I ended up having to park a block or two away from the hotel or just leave my car on the street.

The hotel's location is a major plus - it's close to the train station and bus stop, and there's a night market nearby. The morning breakfast is convenient, and the gym is a nice touch. However, the staff could do with some improvement in terms of service awareness and communication skills, particularly in English. Overall, the hotel seems to be lacking in a bit of structure and organization.
