The room was beautifully appointed with all the luxuries. We arrived very late because of a road closure and we were upgraded, which we hugely appreciated after a long day. Highly recommended.

The place was exceptional; we stayed in the deluxe room‑Room A and our teenage daughters stayed in room 2. They were impressed! It felt so luxurious, like we were on our honeymoon. The hosts were friendly, thoughtful, and very informative – they told us where the best fish and chips in town were! Highly recommended, we’ll be back!

We really enjoyed our two‑night stay at Rose Villa. It’s a great location, just a short walk from the centre of Oban. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming, offering lots of great advice on places to visit, day trips, and where to go in Oban. A lovely place to stay and we’d happily return!
