The staff were very attentive, professional, and helpful, and the new hotel had a very efficient design; we appreciated having a small kitchen just to make coffee. However, the furnishings were limited, with no comfortable chairs in the room or on the balcony.

The pool was shallow but still enjoyable outdoors, the abalone porridge at breakfast was neat and tasty, and the staff were all friendly. First impressions were off because of a moldy smell coming from the underground parking; each bed was too small and uncomfortable, the air‑con had visible black mold, the shower hose had a noticeable water stain, the lobby carpet on the fourth floor had many spots that lowered the sense of cleanliness, and we missed a water‑filter station in the lobby; overall the price felt high, and the construction site next to the hotel ruined the natural scenery and hurt the hotel’s image.

Being from Changseon, the location was close; the view was good, and it was perfect for playing in the pool with a baby. Even with the AC set to a low setting, it felt cold, and the floor could have been warmer.
