“Location is great”
The location was great—close to the wharf, restaurants, and Salamanca Market. The mattress was too soft; both of us sank into the middle, so it needs replacing. The pillows were soft but flat. The TV in the bedroom wasn’t connected as listed, and the remote didn’t work—there were two different brand TVs!

The place is great and the staff were friendly, and you get good value, but the bedroom was right next to the door so I could see hallway light at night when other guests moved around, storage was limited, and a washing machine would have been useful.
