The place is well located, close to the Sangro River. The building feels a bit dated and could use more upkeep.

The setting is very pretty, the welcome is pleasant, and the owners are helpful. Breakfast is excellent with homemade pastries. I only regret not trying the restaurant, but I'm sure we'll return.

The owners treated me like family; it’s rare to get a coffee and a pleasant chat at 6:30 am. We stayed one night and everything matched the description, plus the lady’s cakes at breakfast added a sweet touch. Thanks, and I hope to come back.
