The spot was close to the fairgrounds and a nice pond was right outside, making it easy to get around. The bathroom, however, was extremely small and the continental breakfast didn’t impress.

The breakfast was decent, offering biscuits and gravy, eggs, waffles, yogurt, coffee, and juice. Unfortunately, there was no hot water in the room, making showers difficult, and the TV had no guide, so finding a show was hard.

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the check‑in was quick and easy. The location was convenient and the stay offered good value for the price. The only things that could improve are updating the rooms and expanding the breakfast variety.

At first the staff seemed odd; one woman acted as if we already had a room but didn’t know where to put us, even though the parking lot was empty. The night staff were friendly and helpful, though. The place wasn’t clean—hair was everywhere in the bathroom, there was no coffee in the small coffee area, and the overall feel was run‑down.
