This was my second stay and it won’t be my last. The place is perfect for a stay, with beautiful surroundings and lovely clean rooms. The hosts always give a warm welcome. The rooms are well thought out with useful amenities. Thanks for a perfect stay. I love the little koko and beau and friends who make it even more lovely.

Its peaceful location. The quality of the furnishings. The comprehensive accoutrements again of top quality, and the generosity of all that was provided. Last but not least the helpfulness of Hilary in ensuring one's stay lacked for nothing. Breakfast was to order and superbly cooked and served. Nothing at all

The stay was very relaxed, Hilary the host was friendly and made excellent breakfasts, she was also very welcoming to our dog, and Bradgate Park was nearby and ideal for dog walking; we’d come back the next time we’re in Leicester.

The location is great, but the driveway leading to it is a problem.
