Taxi drivers around the hotel overcharge guests, taking huge fees, and the hotel seems to collude with them, leaving a very bad impression when I check out.

We had a wonderful stay! It was truly a luxurious experience. The hotel is nestled in a peaceful area in Ramoji Film City far from the city’s hustle. The rooms and hotel are beautifully decorated and the staff is incredibly courteous and friendly. The restaurant food (Galaxy restaurant) was delicious and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our preferences

Film related facilities. Taxi goons control your exit. They quote 3 times rates. Hotel also charges huge taxi fare. Hotel gate security is hand in glove with taxi goons. Hotel does not interfere to solve the problem despite they very well knowing throwing hapless guests to taxi goons mercy

liked the atmosphere, swimming pool is good, presence of bar, hotel. at least sight seeing should be done free of cost as i paid for a day around 11000/-INR
