The cable keeps going out for hours; get it fixed.

Excellent accommodations, attentive staff, upgraded facilities, and even the coffee was good.

The location is good and the room is large, but the mattress was awful—squeaked every time we moved and sounded like it was wrapped in plastic, and it was horribly soft. The shower leaked water all over the floor, and the bathroom floor had peeled up from the moisture. The room and hallway had a musty, moldy smell, and the breakfast sandwiches tasted like chemicals. Overall, this place was horrendous. I’ve stayed at other TownePlace Suites and liked them, so this was a disgrace to their name!
