The owner was friendly and helpful, even arranging a car for the airport pick‑up and offering shuttle service back to the hotel. He’s a Chinese immigrant who speaks Chinese, making communication smooth. The trip to Xianbenna town takes about 12 minutes by car, and the seafood there is great—you can buy it yourself, just remember to haggle.
