The location, staff, and overall vibe were great—very spontaneous, caring, and always ready to make you feel welcome and at home. The place is new, so there’s still a lot of construction going on. The fridge, kitchen, and utensils—at least the tea accessories—are missing. The rooms seem to share a small geyser, so hot water runs out quickly. Despite that, the place is very good overall—keep it up.

Security was fine. The overall condition of the accommodation was disappointing. When we arrived, the room had not been properly cleaned; dead insects were present and there was a significant amount of dust throughout the room. Housekeeping services were not provided during our stay, as linen changes apparently are not conducted daily. Additionally, based on the bedding’s condition, it seemed the sheets may not have been changed after the previous guests left. The property also presented several safety concerns. The flooring was uneven in certain areas, and the second‑floor railing lacked adequate security measures, posing a potential risk—especially for elderly guests such as my mother, who was accommodated on the upper level. Moreover, the walls were extremely thin, offering very little sound insulation. Conversations and noise from neighboring rooms on the second floor could be heard clearly, which significantly affected privacy and comfort during our stay.

The room was spacious. Condoms were found on the tables. Some people come there for official and business with kids.

Everything was perfect—except the Wi‑Fi for television. Nothing else.

On the plus side, the location is great and the rooms are nice, but there are a few things that need to be sorted out. My room was missing a mirror, the TV wasn't working properly, and there was no soap for washing my hands or showering. We also had to go without a kettle and bottled water, which would make a big difference if they were added.
