“Amazing stay, smokers go away!”
There’s so much to rave about—breakfast choices, the bed, the staff’s extra effort, even gifting my son batteries for his video games. The front desk ladies were attentive, especially since my son with ASD had a birthday there; she even rushed up the stairs to the 4th floor when she heard 911 was on the line after he accidentally called it—she handled it calmly, which was impressive. This was our second visit in under a year and it never let us down. The only downside is the obvious signs of rough repairs and the carpets that need a deep clean, plus a smoke pit that’s far from the family areas; the smell was awful, though the staff were polite.
