Cleanliness, a nice bathroom, decent breakfast that is replenished regularly, and modernly furnished rooms made us choose the spa section, which didn’t meet our expectations—now the water is cold, the jacuzzi isn’t steaming enough, and when I mentioned it the staff replied that guests were just stirring it; we didn’t try the sauna.
