The central spot was great and very quiet, and the staff were lovely. No issues.

We booked a room at the last minute and were immediately upgraded to a larger room with a balcony overlooking the square! Breakfast is at the local bar, and we got a really good croissant and cappuccino there.

Maurizio was incredibly attentive and welcoming; whenever we needed help he went above and beyond our expectations. The room was spacious and COLD, the property was very clean, and its location is perfect for the center of Paola (literally in the center, next to the main square). To reach the property you have to climb a staircase that isn’t very comfortable or spotless (it’s a public area, not private), and finding parking right next to the building is difficult.

I didn’t get the booked room with a balcony, it was the cheaper room without one. They said there were toilet problems in my booked room. I would have appreciated prior information; then I wouldn’t have booked.
