The pool was fantastic, and there were plenty of leisure activities for kids, all well-organized.
The serene atmosphere and cozy accommodations made it an ideal spot for a family vacation.
The proximity to the train tracks and poor road access added to the inconvenience.

“Boa”
The property’s structure, accommodation and leisure areas were good, but the front desk service was unprepared.

We loved the chalet—very clean, spacious, and fully equipped! It made our family extremely comfortable and at ease with the well‑distributed and organized space. The resort’s leisure areas were also great, the staff very polite, and everything was easily accessible. We loved it and will definitely return! The only downside was that the resort’s and the house’s jacuzzis were turned off, which was a disappointment because we were really excited to use them.

Unfortunately, this stay fell short of expectations due to various issues, including poor service, uncomfortable furniture, and unsanitary pool conditions. The beautiful pool area was a highlight, but it was not enough to redeem the overall experience.

The only positive thing was the price when booking. The road was terrible… someone with no sense marked the location incorrectly, far behind the property, far from the front desk… GPS plotted a completely wrong route because of that… secondary roads were awful… I ruined the car with my whole family… it damaged the fuel lines in the tank. I had a hard time… no signal… no tow truck… in the dark… I don’t wish anyone what we went through… no refund, not even partial… I would never return to this place. It ruined the last day of a perfect 10‑day trip with my family. Advice: don’t drive a low car, ask for the front desk location, confirm with the attendant, have more than one cell operator on board, use a 4x4… say a good prayer before… and good luck… never let that cold catch me again.
