“Prima uitvalsbasis voor een duikvakantie, goede prijs kwaliteitverhouding”
I was warmly welcomed. Breakfast was simple but satisfying, and there was an option to have an early breakfast before diving. The dive school and the beach were just a short walk away. The garden was nicely laid out. There was a trust bar where you could grab drinks (a wide selection) and write your name down. Owner Sean was always reachable and approachable. It was a bit cold outside, but the air‑conditioning kept everything comfortable. The Wi‑Fi, which I really needed, worked well. Cleaning was sufficient, and towels and linens were clean.
Because the huts have an open design (WC covered with straw), it was a bit noisy. It rained, leaving puddles inside here and there, and the sandy path in the garden made the room muddy at times. There weren’t many people in the lodges, but the quads and roosters were clearly audible. It wasn’t disruptive, but it’s good to know. Also, the day after we arrived was a national holiday. The following Monday was fine. Our hut had no roof, so we couldn’t sit outside. One side of the bed was against the wall, which was a little inconvenient. There was no swimming pool, but I knew that beforehand.
