Renaissance Sharm El Sheikh Golden View Beach Resort

The front desk staff clearly need more training on greeting techniques; a certain Mr Alshafye made a mistake with the currency exchange, refusing new euro bills, and only handed us the room keys after nearly two hours of waiting, which shows a lack of proper reception skills. I had originally booked a room for three people, yet was surprised to find it was only for two, and the additional bed they added was far from comfortable. Despite several complaints that went unresolved even after we left, please note in future that there is no room for three people. The location, the beach, the dining staff, and the food were all disappointing.

The position, the beach, and the cleanliness are great. The golf cart shuttle service needs improvement to avoid long waits at stops or having to walk back up.

The location and the sea are good, and the chefs are competent. However, the cleanliness was bad, lobby staff were rude and indifferent, even the waiters behaved disrespectfully, and I got food poisoning. The entertainment team was also poor.

“Such a great experience”

We spent ten days with our family at this resort and everything was wonderful. The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming the whole time. The resort was clean and well kept. Our room was comfortable, the food was tasty, and we enjoyed the pool and the relaxed vibe. The staff were especially supportive of our elderly relatives, which we truly valued. A special thank you goes to the restaurant manager for his excellent service and for leading such a warm and attentive team. His commitment and the great service from the restaurant staff made our meals even better. Thanks to everyone for making our holiday enjoyable; we would gladly return and recommend this resort to other families.
