It was filthy: urine on the toilet base, shoe prints on the bed, a dirty bathroom door, and several drug addicts seemed to be around, making it feel unsafe to sleep.

The place was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful, but there was nothing else noteworthy; the property was very nice.

Cheap and quiet, perfect for a short stay or a layover, and car-friendly. However, it clearly needs to be bought and demolished; the equipment is damaged, the beds are horrible, and nothing has been updated or repaired since at least 1970.
