“small rooms”
The room didn’t match the booking – it was smaller than what I had reserved.
Breakfast was very tasty, with a wide selection and a full coffee service; the only thing to keep in mind is the breakfast hours – the later it is, the busier it gets and you have to wait for a table. There is information about this at the reception, but it could be presented in a more charming way. I didn’t like the chaos at reception; the lack of AC for staff made it hard to focus when there was a queue, so some things had to be clarified and so on.
“Good Overnight Stay”
Lovely hotel in a great location. The room was nicely decorated and was comfortable. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice of hot and cold dishes. Very small bathroom - very difficult to move around in and nowhere to put a toiletries bag other than on the floor. £29 for 24 hours parking seemed high but I guess that's Brighton for you
“Fantastic my daughter loved it.”
The décor was beautiful, spotless, and full of little details; the staff were kind, helpful, and polite, and the place was lovely. The pool was warm with a great depth for both adults and children, and my 4‑year‑old daughter, who has stayed in many hotels, loved it and noticed the little touches like the lights and the different flowers in the lobby. The disabled door was a bit tight and tricky to navigate, but nothing major since I had help, and the wind noise added character without bothering me too much.
The man at the front desk on the night shift was very nice and helpful; the room was spacious and clean, and overall I would recommend it and stay again, though I had to pay for Wi‑Fi.
