The overall stay was quite enjoyable: I felt comfortable, the property was well maintained, and the experience was entirely positive. The only point I want to raise is the €30 surcharge for early check‑in; I understand that each hotel has its own policies and that early entry can be considered an additional service, but I found the request somewhat untactful, especially given the level of the property and the courtesy one expects from the staff. It isn’t really about the amount itself, but more about the gesture of hospitality that, in my view, would have made a difference.

The hotel’s location, parking and the fresh filtered water – still or sparkling – placed near the lift were all great, and the room was spacious. However, the beach spots in the first and second rows were reserved for guests at €50 and €40 per day, which adds up quickly; when we asked to be moved further back, the receptionist said it wasn’t possible, and only after a while did she find a spot, and that was in the dog‑only area.
