“Hébergement vieillissant”
The accommodation felt old and a bit pricey for its quality. The à la carte breakfast was expensive; nearby options were noticeably better, cheaper, and more substantial.

The owner, Amaleena, is sweet and makes every effort to make guests feel at home, offering fresh mango from her garden; she is adorable. The location is convenient and it’s very easy to get around the island on a scooter that can be rented from the property. We booked a private boat trip through Amaleena and it was wonderful. Breakfast at the hotel each morning was delicious. The only downside was the mattress being a bit firm, which is typical for Thai beds.

The terrace, garden, location, and security were all good. The trash bin in the bathroom was very dirty, and there was only one towel; a second, smaller one would be great.

The staff were friendly, the hotel was in a great spot and everything nearby was convenient, so I liked it all and had no complaints.
