We had a very nice holiday at this hotel. It was our second time there. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Dinner was also very good. Keep it up.

The lake view was great and the staff were very friendly, but the rooms were missing air conditioning.

Everyone on the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially Lana at reception and Rafael from service; the breakfast was great and the location superb. The room was spotless and well furnished. On weekends the traffic made the street side pretty noisy, which you have to accept if you want to stay right on the lake, but weekdays were quieter.
