The location was awesome and the highlight was their dinner – it was one of the best and the chef’s care, asking for a review and they took a lot of care. Great stay overall. Nothing else to note.

Great location. Courteous, responsive staff. Clean. Great views. My room didn’t have a view, but I hadn’t asked for one. After seeing the location and the views, I felt I had missed out. Please confirm that your room has a great view.

The room was clean and comfy, and I visited with my family; the food was awesome, especially the dinner, and the staff were polite and very helpful—literally, I love the food, especially the North Indian dishes. The floor mat was slippery.

The room was very well insulated for a place like ooty. The bathroom was very well equipped with everything one might need. The property also has a lawn area with an amazing view. Quick tip if you are booking a room is that please skip dodabetta peak. There is nothing to see there, it is crowded and dirty and the views from the lawn area are significantly better than anywhere else you can find in Ooty. We picked a package that included both breakfast and dinner. The breakfast was standard and reasonably good for what it was. I wouldn't complain about it. The dinner however, was exceptional. The dal and the kadhai panner were the best I have ever had. It felt like the chef had spent a lifetime mastering each dish. The format of the dinner is a little confusing, so it is safter to contact the property before choosing the dinner package to see if it is the right fit for you. The staff was generous enough to make exceptions to their own rules to give us an amazing experience. The room didn't a ceiling fan and we had to ask for table fan seprately. Ooty may be a hill station where even summer temperatures are unbareably cold, but a little bit circulating air goes a long way. The floor was very slippery and we almost tripped twice on 2 different doormats, so mats with a better grip can help a lot

The view from the hotel is breathtaking, and our one‑year‑old son really enjoyed the stay, especially the lawn behind the restaurant, which offers a stunning view; this beautiful setting is what truly makes the resort exceptional. The only downside was the exorbitant cost of each dish in the restaurant.
