I had access to Prime for the Canadian game as a guest. The bed was comfortable and sound‑proofed. The room’s cleanliness was lacking; dust accumulated on the phone cord and the kitchen storage trays, the coffee maker was very dirty and I didn’t use it. The pool locker wasn’t well lit, and on Wednesday after dinner there were no towels in the locker. This hotel needs a lot of love.

The room was spacious and we used the private terrace, yet the sound insulation was severely lacking: we could hear guests upstairs walking all evening and night, and the hotel’s proximity to the highway meant car noise seeped through the windows. The mattress felt like it was on springs; it needed replacing.

Room did not get cleaned. Bed had a big whole and it wad uneven, I asked the staff twice for a change of mattress or room but both my demands were ignored
