The hostel looked good initially, but overall, I didn’t find it very comfortable or worth the price. The staff were okay and reasonably friendly, and the cleanliness and neatness were satisfactory. However, considering the facilities provided, room size, and overall ambience, I personally don’t feel the price is justified. The stay was not as comfortable as I expected. The food was another major drawback. It was quite expensive, and the taste was very disappointing. The quality of the food did not meet my expectations. Overall, although the hostel was decent in terms of cleanliness, my experience was not as satisfying as I had hoped. My personal opinion is that travellers should consider other options before booking, as they may find a more comfortable stay with better food and facilities elsewhere. The people there were incredibly welcoming and sweet, and the host and team were absolutely amazing!

The location and food were great, but the rooms weren’t that clean; the bathroom/washroom needed more hygiene, and on the check‑out day in the morning, water wasn’t available in the bathroom for a while.

The place is in a fantastic spot, perfect for a staycation and for anyone planning a trip to Kolukkumalai; it’s completely surrounded by greenery and has swings and hammocks scattered around, which is a really nice touch. However, there should be clear notices encouraging guests to follow the 10‑6/7 am rule; it might be other guests’ fault for being loud and disturbing others, but the staff could do something about it.

“Amazing stay if you want peace”

The property sits in a beautiful setting surrounded by tea estates on all sides, offering a cozy stay carefully designed for travelers. The food is good, and there are two friendly dogs on the premises. Overall, it’s a great location, peaceful environment, good food, friendly staff, and the dogs add to the charm.
